SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Time: Our goal is to get your order sorted from our fulfillment center in 1 to 3 business days. Sometimes, it might take up to 5 business days, but we'll keep you in the loop if that's the case.
Delivery Method: We've teamed up with Australia Post for our free standard delivery option. Once we send your order packing from our warehouse, you can expect it to rock up at your door in 3 to 5 working days.
Tracking Information: We'll ping your mailbox or mobile with all the tracking details once your order is good to go.
Shipping Responsibility: After we've handed your order over to the postie, it's all in their hands. While we go to great lengths to pack your orders like Fort Knox, we can't take the blame if they go on a bumpy ride during transit. If something goes missing or gets a little roughed up, we're here to help, but we're not the postie, so we're not responsible for that part.
