14-Day Return Policy

We're stoked to offer a 14-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to make a return if you need to. This policy covers all items bought from www.theperfumecraft.com.au.

Eligibility for a Return

To kickstart a return, your item should meet these requirements:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you got it.
• It should be unused, unworn, and looking fresh.
• Keep all the original tags and labels on it.
• Packaging should be in one piece and still in its original state.
• Don't forget to provide a proof of purchase, like a receipt or purchase confirmation.
