    At theperfumecraft.com.au, we want your shopping experience to be as delightful as our fragrances. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you two weeks from the moment your item arrives to request a return.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same pristine condition as when it arrived, untouched and unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. Make sure to hold onto your receipt or proof of purchase; it's your golden ticket.

    Starting a Return

    Ready to return an item? Simply reach out to us at support@theperfumecraft.com.au, and we'll guide you through the process. If your return request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note, we can only accept returns with prior approval – items sent back without notice won't be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Exceptions to Returns

    While we strive to accommodate your return needs, there are certain items that can't be returned. This includes perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).     Sale Items and Gift Cards

    Unfortunately, we can't process returns for sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    For a faster exchange process, the simplest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly inform you whether the refund has been approved. If it's a go, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method in 30days. Keep in mind that it might take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
